Studio Pilates

Our Studio Pilates classes are intentionally limited to just 6 participants, allowing for close supervision and a highly personalised experience.

Sessions follow a carefully structured circuit format, incorporating a range of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair, and Spine Corrector. Each class has clinical oversight from a qualified physiotherapist and instructors provide hands-on guidance, precise cueing, and tailored adjustments to support safe, effective movement.

This class style is ideal for those looking to transition from clinical Pilates into a studio setting, or for anyone seeking a smaller, more supported alternative to larger group reformer classes. The varied use of equipment encourages balanced strength, mobility, and body awareness, while allowing exercises to be adapted to individual needs with a strong focus on alignment, control, and safe execution.

Reformer Pilates

Join our Reformer Pilates classes, limited to just 8 participants for a more focused experience.

This thoughtfully paced session focuses on building strength, mobility, and confidence through precise, well-guided movement. Our experienced instructors prioritise correct form and alignment, offering hands-on corrections and personalised cues to support your individual needs. Suitable for all levels, each class includes clear spring recommendations, modifications, and gentle progressions so you can move safely and effectively at your own pace.

Clinical Pilates

Prior to commencing Clinical Pilates sessions we set you up with one of our amazing team for an Initial Assessment.

This assessment will ensure the Physiotherapists are able to design customised sessions for you catering to any injuries or conditions you may be rehabilitating from.

We limit the group sessions to a maximum of 4 clients so our Physiotherapists can ensure they continue to give you the attention you need and assist with progressions so you keep on improving your pilates practice.

Simmone is one of the best physiologists I’ve worked with. She accurately identified the root causes of my chronic neck and lower back pain, rather than just treating the symptoms. The instructors are absolutely fabulous, they take the time to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly and safely and personalise your exercise to accommodate your needs. I would never attend a gym for fear of feeling intimidated but attending momentum has been a great experience and I feel welcome and comfortable every time I step foot in the door. I look forward to every class.
First time doing pilates and I really enjoyed it. Annalyse is very attentive to her clients and is a great instructor. I will be continuing !

Momentum Pilates, an extension of the physiotherapy and physiology services is further proof of the breadth and depth of the care these guys show their clients. The Pilates studio is new, inviting and well set out. The instructors are exceptional, aided by the fact they’re experienced physiotherapists or physiologists for the most part…so they know what they’re doing. Go. Check them out. Really good physio led pilates. Simone is amazing, really welcoming and explains all the exercises in clear detail and provides lots of feedback on proper form. Really helpful so far in my recovery from sciatica and goal towards greater core and overall stability. Looking forward to continuing!

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience at Momentum Pilates. I’ve always struggled with exercising—I have a knee injury, I’m unfit, and I have a bigger body, so trying new fitness things can feel intimidating and even embarrassing. But I’m so glad I gave this a chance because it’s been such a positive experience for me.Dragana is amazing. She took the time to really understand my situation and showed me how to move my body in ways that felt safe and manageable. She helped me work on strengthening my muscles without any high-impact exercises, which was exactly what I needed. Her approach is patient, thoughtful, and supportive, and I never once felt judged or out of place.What really stood out to me is how inclusive the environment is.
