Our Clinical Pilates team consists of Physiotherapists who have completed additional training in mat and reformer pilates.
The Clinical Pilates instructors will assess you thoroughly before you commence your sessions to ensure they are designing a program specifically for you!
Our Performance Pilates coaches are dedicated to delivering dynamic sessions that will help you to progress on your pilates journey. They are able to create classes that include progressions from beginner to intermediate levels to make sure all participants get the most out of their session.
We are closely affiliated with Momentum Physiotherapy & Health Services.
The Bella Vista practice has been in operation since 2006 and has a reputation as one of the go to practices in the area for hands on Physiotherapy treatment as well as exercise rehabilitation. The highly skilled team of Physiotherapists are able to assist you if you would like to come in for Physiotherapy treatment before you commence Clinical Pilates.
Annalyse
Director / Clinical Pilates Instructor / Senior Physiotherapist
Annalyse completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Human Science from Macquarie University. To further enhance her skills as a physiotherapist, she trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to specialise in Clinical Pilates. This training allows her to blend her expertise in rehabilitation with movement analysis, helping her clients achieve their specific goals.
Annalyse uses her skills as a physiotherapist to assess movement impairments and design individualised programs to address clients injuries and/or conditions by enhancing core stability, improving posture, building strength and flexibility while empowering clients to reach their full potential in a supportive environment.
Outside of the clinic and studio Annalyse enjoys living an active lifestyle and travelling wherever and whenever she can.
Simone
Clinical Pilates Instructor / Senior Physiotherapist
Simone earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University and completed Clinical Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She is a strong advocate for client education, believing that empowering clients to self-manage their conditions is crucial for effective rehabilitation.
For Simone, the primary goal is helping clients regain the ability to perform daily tasks that are essential to their lives. Her passion for Clinical Pilates allows her to incorporate tailored exercises that support each individual’s journey toward recovery.
By focusing on what matters most to her clients, Simone creates personalised programs that promote both physical well-being and confidence, enabling them to thrive in their everyday activities.
Sakshi
Clinical Pilates Instructor / Senior Physiotherapist
Sakshi is a passionate Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from Amity University, India, and specialised training in Clinical Pilates through APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). She takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach—combining hands-on treatment with Pilates-based rehabilitation to help you move with ease, strength, and confidence.
Sakshi has a strong interest in managing back and neck pain, postural concerns, and injury rehabilitation, focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Sakshi works closely with her clients to improve movement patterns, build strength, and support long-term recovery.
She also has a growing interest in women’s health and enjoys supporting clients with core strength, pelvic stability, and overall wellbeing across different stages of life.
Known for her warm and friendly approach, she aims to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and motivated throughout their rehab journey. Outside the clinic, Sakshi enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and staying active by playing badminton.
Ayushi
Clinical Pilates Instructor / Associate Physiotherapist
Ayushi graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and completed her Clinical Pilates certification with DMA Pilates. With a strong personal background in Pilates, she brings both professional knowledge and lived experience into her practice, allowing her to better understand and connect with her clients’ movement goals.
Ayushi combines her physiotherapy knowledge with Pilates-based rehabilitation to assess movement patterns and develop individualised programs tailored to each client’s needs. Her approach focuses on improving core stability, mobility and overall body awareness, while creating a supportive environment that encourages confidence and long-term results.
When she’s not in the clinic, Ayushi likes to partake in a range of active hobbies such as gym, dance and ice skating.
Dragana
Pilates Instructor
Dragana has a lifelong background in fitness and physical training. She has always been deeply passionate about movement and well-being. A personal journey of recovery from a significant lower back injury inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others build strength, improve mobility, and enhance their overall wellness through Pilates.
Dragana is certified in STOTT Pilates across all major equipment—including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels—and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education. She blends technical precision with a compassionate, client-centered approach, empowering individuals of all levels to move with confidence and purpose.
Whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, seeking to improve athletic performance, or simply looking to feel stronger and more balanced, Dragana’s goal is to help you achieve lasting results through intelligent, focused movement.
Ellie
Pilates Instructor
With over 18 years of dance experience and a lifelong passion for movement, Ellie brings a dynamic approach to Pilates. Currently completing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, she blends her deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and injury prevention into every class.
Ellie’s journey into Pilates was a natural evolution—combining her love of mindful movement with her commitment to helping others feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies. Her classes are energetic, results-driven, and tailored to help clients build strength, enhance mobility, and develop lasting body awareness.
Whether you’re an athlete, dancer, or completely new to Pilates, Ellie’s goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.
